PUBLIC RECORD / 7 OCTOBER 2026 / AMERICA–NEW YORK

What changed.
What remains open.

Dated checkpoints for the work across Behind the Veil 369. Implemented features, internal test reports, live services, and research hypotheses carry different claims.

This update reviews the current website sources, the saved October 7 AETERNA launch checkpoint, and three original architecture documents. Earlier status copy is preserved below. Publishing these records does not launch the AETERNA AI backend.

AETERNA — October 7 launch checkpoint

IMPLEMENTED / LOCALLY TESTED / NOT DEPLOYED

OpenAI is the active text-chat launch path. Gemini and other provider adapters are retained for later and disabled by default. The design uses the owner’s server-side API access and application authentication; visitors do not need a ChatGPT subscription. Sign-in alone does not grant model access.

Implemented in the saved development build

  • Server-only OpenAI Responses adapter with bounded output, safe provider failures, and no automatic retry.
  • Fresh signed permission for each chat request; provider-specific scope and replay checks.
  • Separate authority signing service; private signing material stays outside the model gateway.
  • Atomic per-user and global attempt limits in the Firestore adapter.
  • PHOENIX precommit and terminal audit, storage corrections, and explicit failure or uncertainty when audit recording fails.
  • Separate web and issuer packaging, with backend bundles excluded from public frontend assets.

Still required before public use

  • Reconcile the recovered archive with the active source head.
  • Verify live cloud permissions, isolated issuer access, named database alignment, replay transactions, and audit persistence.
  • Choose enrollment and spending limits; configure the owner’s funded API access securely.
  • Complete durable stores and real evidence acquisition or deliberation before advertising those endpoints.
  • Perform a bounded live OpenAI test, login and permission checks, failure checks, restart persistence, and phone-browser verification.
Results reported by the saved launch checkpoint, not rerun as part of this website update

Browser and phoneNot signed offEarlier preview attempt blocked; no layout or login verification claimed

Default development limits are five attempts per user and twenty globally per UTC day. These are request limits, not guaranteed dollar budgets. Firestore/Firebase remain storage and identity infrastructure; choosing OpenAI does not remove them. Legacy voice, maps, and transcription have not been migrated to OpenAI.

A model response remains unverified model output. This chat route does not establish that a research verification engine or council runs before every turn. The eight-scenario authority evaluation plan remains separate and unexecuted in the public record. Internal tests are not independent certification.

Samara — website available, AI setup pending

HOSTED WEBSITE / LIVE AI NOT VERIFIED

The website includes journaling, check-ins, system mapping, orientation notes, grounding, and human-help links. Deliberate text chat, reviewed recordings, and read-aloud routes are implemented for OpenAI. The current public status remains setup and owner testing pending; this update makes no live inference claim.

Guest AI access is designed without a visitor ChatGPT account or API key. Saving private entries currently uses optional ChatGPT sign-in and account-scoped server storage. Entries are not end-to-end encrypted. Chat is not saved as a journal, and journal or system-map entries are not sent to the model. An orientation note may be shared only through explicit text-chat opt-in.

The website responds to deliberate submissions. It does not implement the separate nine-stage ambient listening pipeline or infer parts or personal identity from voices. Reflection tools are not a diagnosis or a clinically validated treatment.

Black Flame: Concordia — 3D Gates 1–3

PUBLIC TEST BUILD

The story game remains playable. The isolated 3D Causeway adds movement, Sentinel combat, and the Vorthas boss encounter with the Second Skin phase. The Gate 3 source receipt also records shorter attack timing, buffered input, recovery cancellation, compact display controls, and reduced rendering work.

The receipt reports seventeen passing 3D checks and six existing save, exploration, narration, and audio checks. Identical replays at simulated 30, 60, and 120 render rates establish simulation consistency, not measured phone frame rates. These game tests were not rerun during this records update.

The 3D challenge does not read or write campaign saves, rewards, Codex, or story progression. Real iPhone performance, browser visual signoff, final realistic rigged characters, and campaign integration remain open.

SeeYouOnDOtherSide — catalog and contact updated

PUBLIC MUSIC WEBSITE

The current band source lists twelve BlackFlame tracks, three available Fighting Hell tracks, and the Black Flag Up single. The player includes album playback and repeat controls. BlackFlame Broken and the replaced tracks are absent from the current catalog. The main website now introduces the band and links to it visibly.

The displayed band contact and Start a Conversation link both use Awarenessnexusai1392@gmail.com. This record reflects the inspected catalog and website source; it does not certify third-party distribution or audio mastering.

Keep the history. Mark the changes.

Earlier public pages reported S1R4 Phase 2 acceptance with limitations on September 5, Federation F6 GREEN on September 21, and later DISCERNMENT D1 internal reports. Their previous public status text is retained as historical project reporting, not independently verified evidence. The October 7 launch checkpoint does not silently ratify an older receipt against a different source revision.

Architecture terminology across the retained sources
NameSource meaningPublic record correction
AETHERResearch lineage/substrate in the version 2 charter; research subsystem in the October 7 checkpointOlder website copy called it the authority layer. That label is corrected; the isolated issuer is described separately.
CONCORDIAGovernance and deliberation in the charterBlack Flame: Concordia is also a game title. A shared name does not establish that the game implements the AI council.
MYTHOSNarrative and expressive layerMetaphor may explain state; it cannot upgrade a hypothesis into evidence.
PHOENIXHistorical and audit recordLocal hash-chain and adapter tests do not establish tamper-proof cloud retention.

The original “GREEN LIGHT” and “ENFORCED” labels in the charter describe its stated design intent. They are preserved in the source file and are not evidence of runtime enforcement, consciousness, or production readiness. The earlier Google-native proposal is historical; OpenAI is now the active AI launch direction.

The Quiet Collapse remains a speculative research framework. Publishing a hypothesis, book, comic, or source document does not establish scientific validation of its claims. No new research result, certification, or regulatory endorsement is asserted by this update.

Inspect the source record

Original document bytes and implementation receipts are retained for review. The previous status file preserves the website copy before this update. SHA-256 checksums identify these retained bytes; they do not prove the truth of their contents.

This is a dated snapshot. Future corrections should add their date, source, and changed claim while retaining the earlier record. Site version history also preserves the website changes.
